The NBC Acting Showcase Nov 16th
The Annual NBC Acting Showcase hosted at The Renberg Theatre in Los Angeles by Universal for 250 people.
“The 2009 NBC Universal Showcase is now in it’s 24th year. My boss, who founded the showcase, said this was absolutely the best year, for many reasons, but mostly because of Daniel Edlund and his impeccable service. His staff was LOW maintenance and down to earth, with such an air of sophistication. These highly estheticly pleasing staff, headed and designed by Daniel, stepped in with less than 2 weeks advance notice, and created a spectacular array of food and drinks on a limited budget for about 500 guests.
I cannot tell you 1) how much he saved us in a pinch and 2) how wonderful, delicious, and creative his food was, as well as the classy tray passed service and display of all the food and drinks. I am a very picky person when it comes to presentation, and I could not have been more impressed with Daniel Edlund, and I cannot reccomend him enough to everyone. Please hire him before he becomes Wolfgang Puck and you can no longer book him without a 3 year waiting list.

I’ve been fortunate enough to taste many of your cakes and pastries. Everything is always delicious. I will admit that the one thing I look forward to each day is what new pastry Daniel has made for the office. Thank goodness for all your tasty treats.
