This explains what I do with your information. It is short because I collect very little and sell none of it.

There are no advertising pixels and no ad networks here. No Facebook pixel, nothing that follows you around the internet afterwards. Nobody is building a profile of you here in order to sell you something.
I use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read, and only if you agree to it — the Cookies section below explains that. It tells me how many people came and what they looked at. It does not tell me who you are, and the advertising, remarketing and data-sharing features are switched off.
I have never sold personal information and never will. There is no circumstance in which your email address is rented, traded or handed to a data broker.

I never see your payment details. Card numbers go to Gumroad’s payment processor and never reach this website or me.
Until you agree, no analytics cookies are set at all.
If you do agree, Google Analytics sets a cookie so that a repeat visit is not counted as a new person. It holds a random identifier, not your name. Google uses your IP address to work out roughly where in the world you are and then discards it — it is not stored, and the last part of it is masked before that happens.
A technical session cookie may be created when you submit a form. Nothing here is used for advertising.
You can change your mind whenever you like — the Cookies link at the foot of any page reopens the choice.

I will hand over information if the law genuinely requires it. Otherwise, no.
Email addresses stay on the list until you unsubscribe or ask me to remove you. Purchase records are kept as long as tax law requires. Contact form messages stay in my inbox until I clear them out.

To be straight with you: I am one person selling a handful of guides, and the thresholds that trigger laws like the California Consumer Privacy Act almost certainly do not apply to a business this size. I honour these requests because it is the right way to behave, not because a statute forces me to. If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR does apply to your information, and the rights above are the ones it gives you.
This is not aimed at children and I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given me their details, tell me and I will delete them.
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new date at the top. If a change is significant — a new company handling your data, for instance — and you are on my list, I will email you about it.
