The short version: if a guide is not what you hoped for, tell me within thirty days and you get your money back. I will not ask you why.
| What | Terms |
|---|---|
| Any single guide | Full refund within 30 days of purchase |
| The Complete Library (bundle) | Full refund within 30 days of purchase |
| The Overhyped Ten report | Free — nothing to refund |
No conditions attached. You do not have to prove you read it, explain what was wrong, or answer a survey. “I would like a refund” is a complete sentence and it is enough.
Email daniel@danieledlund.com from the address you bought with, or use the refund link in your Gumroad receipt. Tell me which guide. That is all I need.
I aim to action refunds within two business days. The money is returned to the card or account you paid with, by Gumroad. How quickly it appears is down to your bank — usually a few days, sometimes up to ten.
When a purchase is refunded your download link stops working. If you have already saved the PDF, I would ask you to delete it. I have no way to reach into your computer and no intention of chasing anyone — this runs on trust, which is the same basis on which I hand over the money without asking questions.
Please email me before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund from me takes minutes; a chargeback takes weeks, costs me a fee on top of the refund, and you get your money no faster. I have never refused a refund request and do not intend to start.
This policy sits on top of whatever consumer rights you have where you live — it does not replace them. If your local law gives you something better than thirty days, you keep it.
